This module provides a basic understanding of internet and World Wide Web.
•Lectures will provide the theoretical base for the subject, including:
- Fundamentals of Internet and WWW
- Web accessibility and usability
- Project plan and storyboard
- Web site design guideline
- Understanding the web content
- Working with Text
- Creating lists
- Internal links & external links
- Inserting images
- Adding multimedia elements
- Creating Basic And Complex Tables
- Creating Forms
- Styling With Css
- Debugging ,Validating and Evaluating Web Site.
Target Students
Students enrolled in the Malaysian Campus, Foundation in Science Programme
Classes
- One 2-hour tutorial each week for 10 weeks
- One 2-hour lecture each week for 10 weeks
Assessment
- 40% Assignment: Assignment
- 60% Final Exam (1-hour-30-minute): written examination
