Summary
The Pharmacy Leadership and Management module provides an experiential learning simulation drawing on leadership and management skills coupled with clinical problem-solving. This module allows the students to run their own community pharmacy simulation. This module is about creating a platform for teh students to apply the knowledge, skills and behaviours acquired over the last three years. The module requires the students to work in a team (pharmacy) to use those acquired capabilities to solve problem-based patient scenarios together in a work-based environment.
