Summary

The module includes introductory pharmacokinetics, physiology and anatomy of the major sites of drug delivery, and the major routes of drug delivery such as parenteral, oral, buccal, sublingual, topical, transdermal, the ear, the eye, the lung, rectal, nasal and vaginal routes

Target Students

MPharm registered students.

Classes

• One 1-hour workshop each week for 2 weeks
• One 1-hour lecture each week for 10 weeks
• One 2-hour lecture each week for 9 weeks

Assessment

• 100% Exam 1 (2-hour): 2 hours in person or 2-hours short timed Moodle exam
