Educational Aims
To introduce students to the principles of modern Engineering Management, how projects are selected and financially evaluated, how sustainability is assessed and lifecycle assents are constructed, how health safety and ethics are maintained, and the construction and monitoring of the elements of an engineering or business programme.Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module students will be able to:

LO2 : Apply the principles on modern programme and project management and to be able to plan, monitor and assess a programme of reasonable complexity - AHEP4: M14, M15; EAC:PO12.
