Summary
This module provides an introduction to the presentation of data, report writing, oral presentations and project management.

Classes
- Two 1-hour tutorials each week for 11 weeks
- Two 2-hour lectures each week for 11 weeks
Assessment
- 25% Presentation: powerpoint presentation slide
- 25% Technical Report: 1 technical report less than 10 pages
- 50% Exam (2-hour): 2 hours written examination
Educational Aims
a.) The ability to carry out an effective information search and present their findings in a technical report.b.) The ability to deliver structured report/presentations both written and verbal using essential IT software and skills.c.) The ability to adopt logical reasoning and critical thinking in contextualize information while formulate creative and innovative solution in problem solving.d.) The development of appropriate soft skills that are important for science and engineering profession.The ability to enhance usage of academic English and develop academic study skills.Learning Outcomes
