Summary
This module will help to prepare students for their dissertation and will be taught during a series of in person seminars over the year.

U7PTRAIPT MA Trauma Students.

The course is delivered through a combination of seminars, tutorials and dissertation supervision with an allocated supervisor.

Educational Aims
Preparing students for the dissertation that will be started in year three of the course.Learning Outcomes
Students will develop an understanding of the design and development of a research question relevant to trauma.
Students will learn about design and methodological options for answering a research question.
Students will learn about and complete the stages of ethical clearance.
Students will design, pilot and implement new research.
Students will learn about analysing research data, synthesising findings and drawing out relevant implications and recommendations for trauma informed practice.
