Summary
The module content will involve participants in critical consideration of the theory, planning and practice of educational inquiry in relation to professional and workplace learning. These processes will be achieved through:
- Conceptualising different kinds of educational inquiry relevant to work-based understanding and development (purposes, contexts, dilemmas, outcomes)
- Examining a range of approaches to educational inquiry
Target Students
Those with a leadership role in Education
Classes
30 hours taught face-to-face over two consecutive weekends (including presentations, group work, discussion and assignment preparation)
Assessment
- 100% Coursework 1: Coursework of 5000 – 6000 words or an equivalent portfolio of work
Assessed by end of designated period
