The module introduces several practical applications and concepts in supply chain management. Students will gain understanding of the scope and variety of leadership styles, appreciate the usefulness of supply chain software, and learn methods, techniques and approaches that are important in successfully managing a dynamic supply chain.Learning Outcomes
