Target Students
Only available for MSc Accounting and Finance OR MSc Business and Management students AND MSc Exchange students.
Classes
- One 2-hour lecture each week for 11 weeks
22 hours of lectures; 37 hours self-directed study; 20 hours researching/writing coursework and 20 hours examination preparation.
Assessment
- 30% Coursework: Individual Coursework (1,000 words). Reassessment is a centrally timetabled exam (100%).
- 70% Exam (1-hour-30-minute): Final examination: 2 questions out of a possible 3

Educational Aims
To develop an awareness and understanding of the main themes, perspectives and issues in the area of corporate governance; to examine strengths and weaknesses of alternative processes and mechanisms in contributing to robust governance regimes.Learning Outcomes
